El Sr. Landers es un ex fiscal con experiencia significativa en juicios por jurado. Ha manejado cientos de casos penales como Asistente del Fiscal del Estado y ha representado al Estado de Florida en más de 20 juicios con jurado. Después de dos años de trabajar en la Oficina del Fiscal del Estado del Condado de Brevard, se dio cuenta de que muchas de las personas acusadas de delitos eran buenas personas que simplemente habían cometido un error. Por lo tanto, decidió renunciar a su cargo y comenzó a ayudar a las personas que estaban en problemas legales.
Mr. Landers graduated from the University of Miami School of Law cum laude where he was awarded the Litigation Skills Faculty Scholarship Award. This honor is given out by a panel of local judges and attorneys who work with the law students to develop the skills needed to be a great litigator. This scholarship is awarded to the top student who demonstrated the most potential and professionalism in the courtroom. Mr. Landers was also a member of the Innocence Clinic and the Death Penalty Clinic while at UM Law. These clinics taught him a lot about the post-conviction process, namely the appeals process for serious crimes with newly discovered evidence as well as the sentencing process in general.
Parker received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami in 2009 with an Academic Minor in Theater Arts. These undergraduate focuses helped him develop confidence in the courtroom by understanding how the mind works and how to captivate an audience.
When Parker isn’t working on a case, he can be found producing music in his home studio, lifting weights, skateboarding, or reading a new book. He is also very passionate about raising awareness for mental health issues. He is the co-founder of Enblume Clothing, which is a brand dedicated to suicide prevention.
