M. Parker Landers
M. Parker Landers
Mr. Landers is a former prosecutor with significant jury trial experience. He has handled hundreds of criminal cases as an Assistant State Attorney and represented the State of Florida at more than 20 jury trials. After two years of working at the Brevard County State Attorney’s Office, he noticed that many of the individuals charged with crimes were good people who had simply made a mistake.
Therefore, he decided to resign from his position and began helping people who were in legal trouble. Mr. Landers is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law where he was awarded the Litigation Skills Faculty Scholarship Award. This honor is given out by a panel of local judges and attorneys who work with the law students to develop the skills needed to be a great litigator.
Joseph M. Sternberg
Mr. Sternberg is an entrepreneur who ran his own law firm, Sternberg Legal PLLC, before joining with M. Parker Landers. His focus areas include real estate transactions, landlord tenant disputes, and business formation. Joseph is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he interned for the honorable Judge Spencer Eig and was a member of the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic that assists clients in their pursuit of a fresh start.
He received direct leadership from the judges and mentor attorneys to learn the inner workings of the legal system. He was also the President of the Cardozo Legal Society, promoting and organizing networking and community events within Miami.
